When my order will be shipped?
Orders typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days after shipping, but for some provinces it can take longer. We aim to dispatch same-day for orders placed before 12 PM EST, though all orders require at least 1 business day for processing.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email, which will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only ship within Canada.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns due to hygienic reasons.
I received a wrong item, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will investigate the issue, and if confirmed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Please email us immediately with photo evidence. We will open a dispute with the shipping company which can take up to 60 days for them review.
My order is stolen, who is responsible?
Due to past abuse of stolen package claims, we no longer issue refunds for stolen orders. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it securely. If your package was stolen, please contact the shipping company directly. We are happy to assist you in opening a dispute with the carrier, but please note that the investigation may take up to 60 days, and we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.
Can I change or cancel an order after a payment?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order by contacting us before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
