Tipsy is a cocktail: strong liqueur, fresh watermelon juice and creamy whipped cream on top. Sweet, boozy and unusual — the cream over fruit combination is rarely attempted in shisha.
The liqueur note is the character here, and it comes through most clearly in the first half of the bowl. Smoke it on its own; anything added muddies the layering.
Dark leaf, higher nicotine than average. Both the cream and the alcohol note suffer under heavy heat, so this one wants a gentle setup.
