Return Policy

At Shisha Virus, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it, at your own expense. Please review our return guidelines below:

Return Guidelines:

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Non-refundable Shipping: Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Condition of Items: The returned items must be:
  • In their original condition.
  • Unused and with all original packaging.
  Note: Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be refunded.
• Shipping Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to ensure the package is returned to us safely, without damage during shipping. We highly recommend using a courier service that provides tracking. We are not responsiblefor lost or damaged returns in transit.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygienic reasons, hookahs are non-refundable (whether new or used), especially given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, you will receive a store credit minus the restocking fee, which can be applied to future purchases from our online store.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number for quicker processing.
• We will provide you with the return address upon approval.

Product Warranty

At Shisha Virus, we are a general product reseller and do not offer warranties on items that have been used. We guarantee safe delivery, but once the product has been used, we do not cover issues like:

• Corrosion
• Chipping
• Discolouration
• Peeling
• Breaking or any damage rendering the product unusable
